We process personal data given to us to make appointments, during appointments and after appointments to:

Your interactions with myself  may result in personal data being created and stored by Hair by Pam Fairford.

• Health and welfare: Skin tests, relevant medication, health conditions

How I process personal data
I use personal data with your consent or when necessary in order to enter into a contract and deliver services for you and Comply with a legal duty.

I will protect your vital interests or the vital interests of those around you.

I will only use personal data for the purpose it was collected and will seek your consent if I need to
use it for other purposes.

Financial details will only be used once and will not be stored after use by Hair by Pam.

 

Communications
Email – I monitor email communications, including where emails are undelivered and whether or not
they appear to have been read. I may cease sending you email communications should we be unable
to deliver email’s to you.

Calls – Calls made to Hair by Pam Fairford and calls received from Hair by Pam Fairford may be
recorded for the purpose of audit, training and the monitoring of services provided by me.

Web – visitors to my website may appear on my analytic methods described in my cookies policy.
You may choose to amend your consent to receive news and offers at any time.

Bookings – When you make a booking I may collect personal data about you or the person you are booking for.

If you are booking for another person you must have the authority to use that persons personal
data for the purposes set out in the privacy notice.

 

Your rights concerning your personal data
Where I have obtained your consent for processing of personal data about you, you have the right to withdraw

your consent at anytime.

I have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected.

You may request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.

I will update or amend personal data I hold about you, if you inform me of changes and inaccuracies.

I may use publicly accessible data sources to maintain the accuracy of my records. Chemical
formulations and photographic media remain the intellectual property of Hair by Pam Fairford.

I retain personal data for the period required for processing and where I am obliged to do so, for
example billing data is retained in accordance with financial record keeping requirements.

I hold records for the duration of my business relationship and records are archived after 18 months
of inactivity.

I will not transfer your personal information to a third party unless legally obliged to do so, and
where Complying with legal obligations, involved in legal proceedings, a court order or a
governmental authority.

Your data will only be held in the UK.

I will delete personal data I hold about you if you ask me to do so, except where certain exemptions
apply.
