​​​Your appointment is very important to me- it’s reserved exclusively for you.
To secure your booking, you’ll be asked to confirm via bank card, which is stored securely via card capture.
Payment will then be processed effortlessly through a Pay by App transaction at checkout, using the same card you booked with.
Hair by Pam Fairford is a cashless salon, offering a smooth, secure, and convenient payment experience.
When you book your appointment, you’ll receive both an email and SMS confirmation of your booking.
You’ll also receive an automated reminder via email and SMS 72 hours before your appointment

You can reschedule, shorten, or cancel your appointment for free up to 48 hours in advance via the reminder email or the Fresha App.

Late cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.

Non-attendance (no-show) will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.
To cancel or reschedule a late booking, please use the Fresha App or the link provided in your reminder email.

Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Parking
A secure parking space is allocated directly outside the studio.
Appointments are booked with specific start and finish times, please arrive at your appointment time.
If you are running late please text Pam direct.
Lateness beyond15 minutes of the booked appointment time will result in less styling time or no service being provided, The late cancelation/No show policy applies.
